We will introduce the GLA’s Optimising Site Capacity planning tool and calculate external areas for a typical development site using a range of residential building types. Whilst delegates do not need any prior knowledge or access to Sketch Up, we will provide digital files to those delegates with access to Sketch Up to prepare their own housing led scheme.
