This session will introduce and discuss the London Plan Guidance documents related to design and characterisation which are currently out for public consultation.

These documents have developed out of the draft Good Quality Homes for All Londoners guidance and focus on characterisation and growth strategy, on small sites, on site capacity and on housing design standards.

This session will look at the practical implications for boroughs, communities and the development industry.
